NexClub is a mobile application for discovering and managing club events.

Regular users (visitors):

• We do not collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, IP address, or precise location.
• We collect anonymous and aggregated usage data, such as:
  • number of views of events or profiles
  • basic interaction counts (e.g. clicks)

These data cannot be used to identify individuals.

Club accounts:

• Club owners may provide business-related information (such as club name or contact details) to manage their profile.
• These data are used solely to operate the service.

2. Analytics

NexClub uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the app is used.

• No tracking of individual users
• No user profiling
• No advertising identifiers
• No selling of data to third parties

Analytics data are stored in aggregated form only.
